- You have cancelled a course before 14 days from the start date.
- You have not violated any of our terms and conditions.
If you meet these conditions, please follow the instructions below to request a refund.
To request a refund, please email us at support@trainable.live with your request. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
Please note that we may require additional information from you to process your refund, such as proof of purchase or a detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund. If we approve your refund request, we will process the refund within 5 business days.
If you are eligible for a refund, the amount you will receive will depend on the following factors:
- How much of the course you have completed.
- Any discounts or promotional offers applied to your purchase.
- Any transaction fees or other charges that may apply.
We reserve the right to withhold a portion of your refund if you have violated any of our terms and conditions.
Please note that some products and services are not eligible for refunds. These include:
- Courses that have been completed or partially completed.
- Customized training programs.
- Coaching sessions.
